You confirm and reserve your travel according to our quotation by paying the registration fee of 10% within 15 days. Final payment is made no later than 45 days before arrival. A reminder of final payment is sent to all booked Guests shortly before the due date.
Payment is made into TP Senior’s account, according to the information and instructions in the quotation.
Yes, we accept card payment via Wise bank. If you wish to pay by credit card, follow our instructions regarding bank details in our quotation.

Transport of oversized luggage. From May 1, 2018, some airlines require that transport of oversized luggage, must be requested and approved in advance.
As luggage capacity is limited, transport of oversized luggage always takes place subject to available space. Therefore, we recommend that you to request transport of oversized luggage in connection with your booking.
For visits to our accommodations in Portugal travel to Lisbon or Faro airport.
For visits to western Spain travel to Faro airport. For visits to southern Spain travel to Malaga airport. Our rental car partners are on site at those airports.
For guests who do not wish to rent a car, transfers are arranged from the airport to the accommodation.
Guests who use their own car, 100 euros will be deducted on 14 days visit.
Guests who use their own car, 200 euros will be deducted on 30 days visit.

Our quotation includes detailed information about driving information to our accommodations as well as other important details.
Flight costs, travel insurance and meals are not included in our packages.
Prices for single travelers are available at most of our accommodations.
We do not provide travel insurance. Check with your insurance company or credit card company what is included in your travel insurance and supplements.
In case of cancellation no later than 60 days before arrival, the registration fee will be refunded less a handling cost.
In case of cancellation due to illness. TP Senior issues a certificate regarding the scope of cancellation to be forwarded to your insurance company for reimbursement of amounts paid.
